ST. CLOUD, Minn., Dec. 8, 1999 - Bankers Systems, Inc.
and SuperSolutions Corporation announced today an agreement integrating Bankers
Systems' industry-leading electronic documents into SuperSolutions'
Daybreak-The Big Picture loan-portfolio management software.
The new agreement will allow financial institutions using
Daybreak to take advantage of the power, convenience, and compliance strength
of Bankers Systems' electronic documents. "We think users are going to see
tremendous advantages in this," said Gary Hess, Director of Alliance Management
for Bankers Systems. "For example, Bankers Systems offers state-specific
documents for all 51 U.S. jurisdictions. That, combined with Daybreak's
automated fax processing and Web-enabled capabilities, lets institutions create
indirect lending programs with their nationwide dealer networks."
Daybreak is a robust relational database management system for
consumer lending, including automobiles, recreational vehicles, boats,
motorcycles, manufactured housing, lines of credit, and specialty finance
requests. Daybreak manages all aspects of an institution's loan portfolio with
a set of integrated software modules including loan origination, servicing,
collection, and document imaging and generation.
SuperSolutions has embraced Bankers Systems' newest proprietary
e-forms format: MAXML.(TM) MAXML documents combine industry-standard components
like XML(TM) and Visual Basic(R) with Bankers Systems' exclusive e-forms tool
kit elements to create electronic documents that are second to none. "There's
